Who is their provider? What is the costof the monthly plan and/or cost per minute? Can you use it for personal use and pay for the calls you make? (Monroe) WPRA Tickets – How do you publicized? Are there any restrictions? (Marshfield)Office Closed due to weather – When the office is closed due to bad weather – do you get paid, or do youhave to take a personal/vacation day? (Waukesha) Firewood Policy for Campgrounds – Do you have a firewood policy? Does anyone allow fires in theirparks? Do you allow people to bring in grills if they don’t have a shelter reserved? (Wood County) Reservations – Do you reserve facilities over the phone? Is there a time period when they need to have thefee paid? What is your cancellation policy? (MSCR) Successful New Summer Programs – What are some new successful summer programs you offered thisyear? What was the cost? How many participants attended? What supplies were needed? Bring photos to pass around. What new trends do you see coming (dance, exercise, aging population)? (Greenfield) Seasonal Wages – In 2009 the minimum wage will be increased to $7.25. How will that affect yourbudget? Bring a copy of your 2008 seasonal wages and your proposed 2009 wages. (Monroe) Facility Guidelines – What are your guidelines for outside groups using ball diamonds, soccer fields, etc.Please bring a copy of your contract, guidelines, fees and agreements. (Hartford) Mail In Registrations – What are the pros and cons of mail in registrations? How are the forms set up anddistributed? Are there problems with people mailing forms in before registration begins? (Baraboo) Recognition for Years of Service – Does the City/County recognize employees for years of service? Do youget paid extra once you have completed so many years?
