Join as we take a virtual tour of the new West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation and Community Services Department's new Community Services Center. Staff from WAWM RCS will talk about the process of selecting a general contractor, architect and working with them in the budget, design, and construction phases. Representatives from CGSchmidt and Groth Design Group will be on hand to share information about Design Build project delivery that best meet the schedule and budget of the owner, highlighting the culture of collaboration through problem solving and innovation that is in inherent in design build contracts.
