How to Implement an Organized Adaptive Swim Program Cal Nason, Swimtastic Swim School An informative discussion on providing adaptive swim lessons. My name is Cal Nason, assistant general manager of Swimtastic Swim School in Waukesha. Part of my responsibilities have included managing our adaptive swim program which we’ve offered for almost 15 years. For the last two years, I’ve worked with families to schedule the lessons and the county governments to receive funding. I’m eager to share what I know, including the structure and processes, what it takes to get approved by county waiver programs, roadblocks you may encounter, and other tips and tricks. Handouts outlining the main talking points and summarizing information will be provided.
