Purpose:
Identify, recommend, and oversee all education provided by WPRA with a long range vision of providing the highest quality education to park and recreation professionals at a variety of education and networking events throughout the year.
Annual Duties:
- Oversee the work of all Professional Development Subcommittees.
- Work with all Sections, Regions, and Committees to ensure a long-range plan for education provide by WPRA is diverse and fresh.
- Manage and aid in coordination of the overall calendar of all WPRA events.
- Assess and implement NPRA educational resources, themes, and initiatives as appropriate.
- Aid all Subcommittees in establishing appropriate participation rates for events.
